The Wild Tribe Delivery Network
The Wild Tribe has developed a network of partnerships with shipping companies to offer delivery of oversized packages at reasonable rates. This network is available to certain postal codes. The Wild Tribe will contact you if your address is not part of the network to work out an arrangement!
Delivery may be blocked in the event of a surcharge that is too high and for the following regions: Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories and some addresses in remote areas of Quebec and out of province. Delivery charges may apply for these locations. For delivery to these locations, please contact customer service.
No deliveries to P.O. Boxes are accepted as delivery drivers refuse to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Returns
For returns, products must be returned within the permitted window and in their original packaging, still wrapped and unused. A product inspection is required prior to issuing a refund.
Warranty
The Wild Tribe paddleboards are covered by a 3-year limited warranty. Damage caused by misuse or neglect of the board is not covered. Cosmetic defects and perforations are covered for a period of 48 hours following receipt of the board. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery. Full warranty details here.
